Enter your access code to log runs and build transfer sheets. Without one you can still view everything.
Pink is unlabeled: what compounding has logged and nobody has labeled yet (estimated counts). Blue is labeled and on the shelf waiting to go out. Tap a family to open it, a drug to see its lots.

Pick the order it is for, or leave it on stock. Log as many lots as you made, 500 at a time. A lot shows as unlabeled and in testing until it is labeled and a lab report is added.

One row per order. Click an order to see its drugs, then Log the lot on the drug you made. An order leaves the list once every drug on it is logged.

Compounding finished per day, by the Date completed on each lot. Estimates until labeled. Nothing here counts labeling.

The full lab name is what shows everywhere. Short codes (TB30, TG30) are aliases: a tech can type the code and it fills in the full name. Lab reports add names here automatically. Vial size, excess and extras drive the weigh-out math; blank means the default for that family (sema 1 mL, tirz 2 mL + 0.6, peptides 5 mL + 0.4 with Mannitol 4).

Rename applies the full name to every record that still uses the short code or an old name, across the log, inventory, compounding and transfer sheets.
Drop the PDF from Eagle or Miraxis. Lot, drug and results are read off the report. A lot is only marked passed with the PDF attached.

What a pharmacy is asking for. Each drug gets its own priority: High when they are out, Restock when they are getting low. The order fills itself as units ship on transfer sheets.
| Order | Pharmacy | Drug | Ordered | Progress | Status | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Only lots Ken logs against an order count toward it: compounded, then labeled, then shipped on a transfer sheet. Stock made before the order or logged without the order tag never fills it. Nothing here changes a lot or a run.
Each person gets their own code. Type one you want (at least 4 letters or numbers) or leave it blank for a 4-character one. Change or remove a code any time; the old one stops working right away.

Can edit: log runs, fix quantities, void, build and void transfer sheets, print and export. Admin: all of that plus this page. Compounding: Yes means they can also log compounded lots and test reports; everyone else only sees the pass mark. Change a code any time; removing a person deletes their code for good (their past log entries stay).
| Name | Units | Runs | Pace |
|---|
Units credited to the machine head and the machine end on each run (hand-labeled runs credit one person). Voided runs are left out. Pace is units per day worked.
One PDF for the file cabinet instead of a sheet per transfer: the day's operator log (every run by machine, who was on head and end) and the day's transfers, one page per pharmacy with a sign-off line. Defaults to today.
The number in the middle of a lot (102626-20A) is the drug code. One code, one drug, always. Anyone logging a lot under a different drug is stopped in compounding, labeling and lab reports. New codes are learned from compounding; fix a wrong one here.

Removing a code lets it be learned again from the next compounding entry.
A read-only feed for another pharmacy's software. A key only returns data for the pharmacies you tick: lots compounded, vials labeled, what is on the shelf, what shipped, and their open orders. No ingredients, staff, codes or other pharmacies. Turn a key off any time; it stops right away.

Send them the key plus the one-page feed doc (button below the table once a key exists). The key is shown once; make a new one if it is lost.
Everything from one month in a single ZIP for the hard drive: an Excel workbook (runs, compounded lots, lab reports, transfer sheets) plus every COA PDF from that month. Do this before clearing.
What the site calls itself and the company it belongs to. Shows on every page, PDF and transfer sheet. The home pharmacy is the one that compounds and ships; the others receive.

Everyone types this once per device before the site shows anything. Personal access codes get through too. Changing it signs every device out of viewing until they type the new one.
For the quarterly clean-out once the printed logs are filed. Removes transferred and voided runs, their transfer sheets, lab reports with their PDFs, and production entries before the date you pick. Anything still on the shelf or on hold is kept, reports included, so inventory stays right.
